What types of art supplies do you specialise in?
We specialise in professional-grade materials for the discerning artist. Our range includes high-quality 100% cotton papers, a comprehensive selection of acrylics (paints, sets, mediums, varnishes, and dedicated papers), artists’ watercolours and papers, oils, pigments, airbrush tools and paints, as well as essential studio accessories like adhesives and protection gear. We focus on materials that offer superior performance for serious creatives.
Are your products suitable for professional artists?
Absolutely. Our core offering is centred around ‘Artist’ and ‘Professional’ grade materials, such as Artists’ acrylics, Artists’ oil paints, and professional watercolour papers. We cater to artists who demand the highest quality pigments, binders, and substrates to realise their vision.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from our studio in Sunderland, UK. We are proud to offer global delivery to fuel creativity worldwide. However, please note we are currently unable to ship to Asia and a select number of remote locations. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What are my shipping options and costs?
Standard Shipping: £12.95. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes tracking.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50. Shipped via EMS. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for planning ahead.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process and pack your order. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
– Standard (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days.
– Free (EMS): 15-25 business days.
You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.
