Hahnemuehle hand-made watercolour block, natural white, neutrally sized, acid free, lightfast and of archival permanence, bound on four sides. Classic choice, authentic hand-made watercolour paper.

The irregular structure lends watercolours a greater graphic relief effect. Fast brush strokes on a dry surface give an only partially continuous paint covering. White ‘speckles’ in the deeper recesses of the paper give a picture a delightful impression. With the wet-painting technique, the deeper points on the paper lead to the opposite effect, with a consequent colour strengthening.
