We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote regions. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sunderland, UK.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated transit times only. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures.

5.3 Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Acrylic & Drawing Inks
• Acrylic Paints (including sets)
• Artists’ Pigments and Binders
• Airbrush & Spray Paints
• Any opened liquids, mediums, additives, or adhesives

These consumable, chemical-based products cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse.

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Wait for instructions and a Returns Authorisation Number
3. Ship the unused item(s) in original packaging to the address provided
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing depends on your card issuer or PayPal policies.

6.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the new item via standard shipping once we receive the return. Any price difference will be refunded or invoiced as applicable.
